I worked with TCS Country Supplies to modernise their brand and help increase their sales over a period of three years as part of their plan to sell the business - as a much more valuable proposition - to a nationwide country store chain.
With the new branding in place I deviced a 360 degree marketing strategy to establish TCS Country Supplies locally as a shopping destination.
The wide range of marketing activities included the introduction of an attractive quarterly product brochure distributed by Royal Mail to target postcodes, sponsorship of local equestrian events with outdoor banner placements, direct engagement with customers on social media, advertising in print magazines, on Google and on Facebook.
In addition, a newly designed and easy-to-update eCommerce website enabled TCS Country Supplies to reach new customers across the UK.
The marketing mission was accomplished in 2018 when TCS Country Supplies was successfully sold to Mole Valley Farmers Group, a company with a total turnover of £420 million and over 2100 staff.
